Installations
Once you purchase your stairlift through JK Mobility we can normally have your stairlift installed within 7 days of a verbal agreement from you. If you need installation faster to allow your loved one to come home from hospital, please let us know and we will do our best to fit you in as quickly as possible.
Removals
We do stairlift removal for disposal or if you need to have your stairlift removed and stored in order to have decorating / carpet fitting done we can remove your stairlift and have dedicated secure facilities in which to store it. When you are ready for the stairlift to be fitted back in we will arrange a time when is convenient for you.
If you have been given a stairlift from a friend we can come and asses your staircase to make sure the stairlift is compatible to be fitted. We can then arrange to remove the stairlift from one house and install it into yours.
Call-outs
Our call out service is available to our customers 24/7
If your stairlift is still under guarantee with us then then call out is free of charge. If you have no guarantee with us there is a small charge on call-outs.
If you have not previously been a customer of ours we will still try to help to resolve your problem at the same cost as our ‘out of guarantee’ customers.
